Navigating through our world right now can be challenging. Eco-anxiety refers to the psychological distress or unease caused by the looming threat of environmental degradation and climate change. Feelings of overwhelm, hopelessness , and anxiousness can interrupt our daily flow. Creating art empowers and somatic-based therapy connects the mind to the body and the natural world. By grounding yourself in present-moment sensory experiences, individuals and communities, can cultivate a deeper connection to self, which can provide solace and perspective amidst environmental concerns.
