We combine Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), the Polyvagal Theory and Somatic Experiencing techniques.
TCTSY is the original yoga therapy that is evidence based. The Polyvagal Theory explores how to map and befriend your nervous system.
Somatic Experiencing is a scientific and body-oriented approach to healing trauma and other stress-related disorders. This approach works to restore your authentic self with self-regulation, relaxation, wholeness, and aliveness.
