Services

We offer trauma community supports groups, Vicarious Trauma Workshops, Disaster Mental Health Support Groups, and professional development for schools and educators. CEUs available for art therapists and social workers. We can refer individuals to trauma specialists, in our collective, to their private practice (EMDR, SEP, Art Therapy, & Trauma-Sensitive Bodyworkers) for individual trauma therapy.

Vicarious Trauma Workshops

These are a series of workshops for our community helpers/healers, educators, healthcare workers, and caregivers that have been exposed to secondary trauma throughout their work/service. We will teach you how to utilize the arts, nature, and movement to maintain healthy regulation when you are out in the field. Each workshops explains how to incorporate the polyvagal theory and SE techniques in everyday experiences.

Trauma-Sensitive Art Therapy Community Support Groups

These support groups will teach community members about the nervous system and how to incorporate the creative process for developing better regulation. If any individual requires referrals for individual services we will guide to community resources.

Art Therapy Community Group for Neurodevelopmental Population

These workshops are for our muerodivergent community members. Anyone with ADHD, ASD, Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Dyscalculia, SPD can attend. Theses workshops will teach community members how to regulate their nervous system through movement and the creative process.

Trauma, Grief, and Loss Art Therapy Support Groups

These groups will be centered around the holiday season offering support during this sometimes difficult time for family members.
